Does it work with WhatsApp Business?

Do I need a laptop?

Will orders still come on WhatsApp?
Yes. That's the whole point.
Are there any monthly fees?
No monthly subscription. You are billed monthly based on the number of orders that month. Each order costs ₹3 + 18% GST (₹3.54 total). We send you an invoice at the end of the month — pay within the due date and your store keeps running normally.
How does Rafto collect its fee?
At the end of every month, we count your total orders and send you an invoice. You pay ₹3.54 per order (₹3 platform fee + 18% GST) via UPI or bank transfer. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, your store's order button will be temporarily frozen until payment is cleared.
If a customer cancels their order, do I still pay the ₹3?
Yes. The ₹3 platform fee (+ GST) is charged per order placed, not per order completed. Cancellations are not refunded.
Can I choose my own store name?
Yes. You'll get your own link like yourstore.rafto.app
Is this only for big sellers?
No. Rafto is built for small sellers.
How long does setup take?

Is online payment available?
At launch, orders come through WhatsApp and you collect payment your way — UPI, cash, COD, or bank transfer. Online payments are coming soon.
Can I see all my orders in one place?
Yes. Every order is saved in your Rafto dashboard — customer name, address, items, and status. Nothing gets lost even if the WhatsApp message does.
